This document presents our Copyright and Content Removal Policy (Takedown), which strictly prohibits the publication of materials that infringe intellectual property, copyright, or related rights.
1. Content in Quarteto Gordon: Jukebox
The content available at https://jukebox.quartetogordon.com is published and controlled by Quarteto Gordon (original and/or properly authorized/licensed content). We do not allow users to upload content.
2. Removal request (Takedown)
If you believe that any content available in the Jukebox infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights, please send a request to info@quartetogordon.com.
- Identification of the copyright owner or authorized representative
- Contact information (full name, email, phone)
- Clear identification of the allegedly infringing content (URL(s) and description)
- Reasonable proof of ownership/representation (when applicable)
- Good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the rightsholder, its agent, or the law
- Accuracy statement that the information provided is true and correct
3. Request handling
After receiving your request, we will review it and, when applicable, remove or restrict access to the content within a reasonable time and reply to the requester.
4. Counter-notification (if applicable)
If you believe that a removal occurred by mistake, you may reply through the same channel with information and justification for review.
